For vegetarians (v) choose any one in addition to your main course choice
         Braised Steak with onions in a red wine sauce served with fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Tarragon chicken wrapped in smoked bacon and cooked in a wine sauce
Lamb shank with a red currant sauce and mint cream
Gloucester old spot pork with apple, cheese and cider sauce
Calves liver served with roasted shallots and Madera sauce
Roast of your choice (Choose one of Beef, Turkey, Lamb or Pork)

Moggerhanger Pie, homemade pie filled with roasted vegetables in a creamy sauce.
